Receiving & Initial Notes
Your watch is received, logged and given a reference number. We note the condition on arrival, including any visible cosmetic details that predate the service.
Examination & Written Plan
The movement and case are examined. A written plan is drawn up and shared with you before any work begins. Nothing proceeds without your agreement.
Workbench Execution
Work is carried out in-house to the agreed scope. If anything unexpected is found, we contact you before proceeding.
Testing & Return
Mechanical work is verified on the timing machine. A service record accompanies the watch on return. Vintage projects include full documentation.
Battery & Seal Refresh
฿3,500A tidy service for quartz watches covering battery renewal, gasket inspection and a basic water-resistance check where the case supports it. A practical choice for everyday watches that have stopped or feel unreliable. The owner receives a short note on the condition of seals and any points worth watching in future.
Included in this service:
- New battery, matched to movement specification
- Crown seal and case-back gasket inspection
- Gasket replacement where worn or perished
- Basic water-resistance check (where case design permits)
- Written condition note provided on return
Best suited for:
Quartz watches that have stopped, are losing time, or whose last battery change is unknown. Also suitable for watches that have been stored unworn for a period.
Movement Overhaul
฿15,200A full overhaul for mechanical watches, including cleaning, lubrication, worn-part replacement where needed and careful regulation. Each watch is examined first and an itemised plan is shared before work begins. Suited to mechanical pieces that run poorly, gain or lose time, or have been unworn for a long while.
Included in this service:
- Full movement disassembly and component inventory
- Ultrasonic cleaning with watchmaking solutions
- Professional lubrication throughout (Moebius and equivalent)
- Worn part replacement (itemised separately, agreed in advance)
- Timing regulation and multi-position timing machine verification
- Water resistance check where applicable
Best suited for:
Mechanical and automatic watches that gain or lose significant time, stop unexpectedly or have not been serviced in five or more years.
Vintage Revival & Documentation
฿33,000A thorough revival for older and inherited watches that pairs mechanical work with sympathetic cosmetic care and sourcing of period-appropriate parts. The whole project is recorded with photographs and written notes so the owner keeps a clear history of the piece. Intended for watches an owner treasures and wishes to keep in the family.
Included in this service:
- Full mechanical overhaul as per Service 02
- Sourcing of period-appropriate parts where possible
- Sympathetic cosmetic care — finishes preserved where appropriate
- Photographic record at key stages of the project
- Written documentation of all work carried out
- Completed documentation package delivered with the watch

Protocols That Apply to Every Job
Secure Watch Custody
All watches in our care are stored in a locked, monitored cabinet when not actively on the bench. Customer pieces are never left in open or unsecured areas.
Condition Logged on Arrival
Each watch receives a written intake record noting visible condition before any work begins. This protects both the customer and the workshop.
Specified Lubricants Only
We use current-generation Moebius lubricants and equivalents, chosen by movement type. No improvised or multi-purpose lubricants are used anywhere in the workshop.
Magnification Throughout
All bench work is performed under proper magnification. This is a basic standard for watchmaking — it is not optional at any level of service.
Contact Before Any Addition
If a finding during service suggests additional work is needed, we contact you before proceeding. This applies to every service type without exception.
Itemised Invoice
Every invoice separates labour from parts. There are no bundled or unnamed charges. What you agreed to is what appears on the invoice.
Published Service Fees
All prices are in Thai Baht and cover workshop labour. Parts are additional, itemised and agreed with you before being ordered.
